Raymond Rajaonarivelo

Rajaonarivelo Raymond was born in Antananarivo, Madagascar. He attended high school and studied his BA iat the university in Antananarivo and then went to France where he attended the Department of Short Film at the University Paul Valéry in Montpellier until 1975. He then studied at the University Paris VIII until 1980. At the same time, he directed two short films in Madagascar. He was also assistant director on a feature of C. Richard.
