I love how he put such moving speeches in the end of his films, it gives more depth, they don't make it like them these days

CITY LIGHTS is my favorite film...except for all the others:) I just ordered the Mutual Collection from the UK and can't wait to spend time with the Little Tramp. Also, if you can find a copy of the book MY FATHER, CHARLIE CHAPLIN written by his late son, get it! It's long OOP but I discovered a paperback 1st ed. in my local used bookstroe for a buck and soon became mesmerized: great insight into the creation of THE GREAT DICTATOR, MODERN TIMES, and CITY LIGHTS for starters. Good luck!
