Victor was born in Santa Ana, El Salvador. He studied Graphic Design at Dr. José Matías Delgado University. After finishing the program, he continued his studies at The Savannah College of Art and Design, thanks to an International Excellency Scholarship awarded by the president of the college. He completed two Master’s programs, one in Computer Art, with a focus in Motion Graphics and the second in Film and Television.
His film “Ever Amado” has been presented and awarded in many film festivals, including the 57th International Berlinale Film Festival, Newfilmmakers NYC, Anthology Archives NYC, EL Paso TX Film Festival, ICARO in Central America, S.U.R.G.E. FF, Künstlerhauskino Wien- Iberoamerikanische Filmtage, Vancouver Latin American Film Festival, and the North Carolina Film Festival among others.

He has been nominated for two EMMY Awards in the category of “Outstanding Graphic Design” for his work with NBC Olympics, creating the graphic package for The Beijing Olympics 2008, and for the NFL graphics package of FNIA & SNL for NFL 2007. In 2010 he was again a member of the design for TV team of NBC Olympics for the Winter Olympics of Vancouver, Canada.
