Bérénice Bejo (born July 7, 1976 in Buenos Aires) is a French actress and comedian, known for her role of Christiana in the 2001 film, A Knight’s Tale.
Bejo was born in Argentina to Argentine filmmaker Miguel Bejo. At age 3, she moved to France where she started her acting career.
In 2001, she entered America’s big screen by performing in A Knight’s Tale, and in 2002’s 24 Hours in the Life of a Woman. She is set to star in the French psychological thriller Proie.
Bejo has supported Lionel Jospin’s 2002 presidential campaign. She is married to director Michel Hazanavicius.
