Biography

Receiving his undergraduate education at Malvern Collegiate Institute, Victoria College and University of Toronto, Ontario-born director and producer Norman Jewison also studied piano and music theory at the Royal Conservatory. Following service in the navy and a brief sojourn as a cab driver, Jewison worked as an actor and scenarist in London. MARK IS SUSPENDED IN GAFFA

Cremildo, Norman Jewison is about eighty-something years of age. I thought "The Hurricane" was worthy. He's done a whole lot of great films during his career. His peak may have been the 1970s but every filmmaker has a career peak. You ought to be praising the man for having the imagination to tackle such a wide array of films (and doing several great films) instead of sticking to the same thing.
