It was just derivative of every other generic horror movie. It wasn't anything new, and it was EXTREMELY predictable.
It was severely flawed in the development of its scenario, and asked for us to take too much ease on the supernatural elements which, half the time, were lacking real logic or emotion. It was aimed more to just try to scare (successful for some), but really came off as cliche and typical. Nothing new.
