Hiroshi Teshigahara is one of the greatest auteurs who ever lived. He constantly twisted and transformed the dimensions of cinema to suit his own films. I will never forget his work as long as I live.

fyi it is available in a Japanese box set which also has Summer Soldiers along with several of his other shorts. If I remember correctly, It does not have any subtitles.

Any chance we will ever see a copy of The Ruined Map, the final of his works with Kobo Abe? I have no idea why it is so difficult to find. The book has a great premise.
