My favorite is My Left Eye Sees Ghosts, wish they would put that up here.

outstanding director. his "early ages" are underrated: the big heat, executioners, the barefooted kid (wonderful!), loving you, a moment of romance 3 and mad monk are good movies. and his producer/deus ex machina career is outstanding too (see expect the unexpected, the odd one dies, beyond hypotermia, intruder...)

I prefer his romcoms to the gangster films.

To's Milky Way Films should have a permanent shooting permit on HK streets. They consistently show the best of the city and tightly integrate it into the stories. Bravo!

I watched All About Ah-Long this week, which was pretty bad save for a few moments in which Chow Yun Fat becomes an insane monster. Great, unexpected ending as well.

Is it all right if I consider Needing You and Love on a Diet to be his greatest films? Why not add them? After all, they do for comedy what the films listed here do for the gangster genre.

Please make pages for The Mission (2000) and PTU (2003). These are highly rated in Asia, more well-received than Breaking News and Sparrow.

I watched Election 1 and 2 at the Music Box Theatre in Chicago last year and I became hooked. Very well done!
