“Talking about art is like dancing about architecture.”

Biography

One of the great chameleons of contemporary pop music, David Bowie has long displayed a gift for remaking his image to suit his creative needs, which, when coupled with an approach that carried far more intellectual and creative weight than that of the average rock star, made him a better candidate than most musicians to become a solid screen actor. Jeez, where to start?: Ziggy Stardust, Low, Hunky Dory, Heroes, Station to Station, and Aladdin Sane are all personal touchstones. Diamond Dogs and Let's Dance also deserve shout-outs.

I have a tough time choosing one as well in fact I go through phases with which one I'd call my favorite, right now I'm actually leaning towards Station to Station. I'd say Ziggy, Aladdin Sane, Hunky Dory, Low and Statio to Station make up the top 5.
