Add MR VENGEANCE! It is by far and wide the best of the three, and my personal favorite Park film.
I second Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance to be added to the Auteurs library. It was my personal favourite entry in the fantastic vengeance trilogy.
let's get the equally excellent jsa, sympathy for mr. vengeance, lady vengeance, and (yet unseen by myself) i'm a cyborg... on here, since park is only one of the most popular and recognizable directors from the cinematic hotbed that is south korea, second only maybe to ki-duk kim.
Park Chan-wook is Asia's Stanely Kubrick. His compositions and storytelling are unforgettable. The hammer fight scene is a masterpiece of cinema. Is segment Cut in "Three Extremes" is a classic you can never forget
