This is a film about those of us who so often have to leave the homes we’ve built for ourselves, our relationships, our everyday lives just to… return. It’s a story about time, which does not belong to us. It’s the story of a relationship that falls apart only moments after letting go. After six months studying and “rusting” in Prague, Tautvydas returns to Vilnius. The streets, bars and river of his hometown and especially his girlfriend are all he considers home and he returns expecting to find everything just as he left it. This is one night in one man’s life – a journey of reminiscences and wistful reflections on his small world. —15th Vilnius International Film Festival
