The Dispensables

The tragic story being told in this movie is about an eleven year old child growing up in a lower working class family. The mother’s alcoholism reached a level that brought her in a psychiatry ward for detoxification and the father, not really able to educate his child anyway, ends up commiting suicide in the living room. The child tries to cover up the death of his father out of fear to be brought to an orphanage, so he spends two weeks with the corpse of his father. As he can behave more freely while on his own, he starts to develop features he disliked in his father. —mostra.org
