Disappointed that there are no other fans of this film. It's not available in the U/S either to add insult to injury. Seek it out.

I think that part of the reason is the odd way that the title is listed in MUBI's database, it doesnt show up when you search "84 charlie" as most people would do, only under "mopic". The "84c" isnt working.
