A Ilha da Morte

Cuba, 1958. Rudolph has 20 years and wants to make movies in Hollywood. His father, a revolutionary, fleeing from police leaves Havana and take refuge in a country town with his family. Rodolfo is invited to attend a movie with a group of amateur filmmakers in place. Among them is Laura by which Rodolfo falls in love. Contrary to revolutionary appeals from his father, Rodolfo makes his romantic movie that unexpectedly ends up promoting the perfect environment for the action of the revolutionaries and the approach of his beloved.
