A Silent Child is a film about a child who neither cries nor screams when he gets injured – and the terrible consequences involved. —Quinzaine des Réalisateurs
It surprises me how Klevenas achieved to develop such a feeling in his audience (at least in me) with so few events happening in the film, and only 12 minutes. This is great example of how short films should be done.
I saw this before a feature at the Stockholm Film Festival. The feature was painfully bad, but I thought this was good!! A bit unoriginal perhaps....
