Albert's Memorial

A pair of World War II veterans — Harry (David Jason) and Frank (David Warner) — are determined to carry out the dying wish of their friend Albert, who asks to be buried at the site of a battle in Germany that still haunts them. While transporting Albert’s body atop Harry’s cab, the duo picks up a German hitchhiker (Judith Hoersch) who gets the old warriors to reveal their sad secret in this road film that blends dark comedy and poignant drama.
