Alice at the Palace

Meryl Streep stars as Alice, a girl who takes a surreal journey into a world full of bizarre characters, in this unique adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland that features singing and dancing. Based on Joseph Papp’s acclaimed New York Shakespeare Festival production, the film follows Alice’s adventures with the Mad Hatter, the Queen of Hearts and others. Co-stars include Debbie Allen, Michael Jeter and Mark Linn-Baker.
