Divorced and depressed Yvonne (Sylvia Chang) seems doomed to never find happiness, until Mexican-American dentist Jose (Esai Morales) enters her life. But when Yvonne’s traditional Chinese family refuses to accept their romance, her chance at true love is jeopardized.
