Synopsis

New Yorker Ellen Gordon (Jane Fonda) is turning 30 and must decide between the two men in her life: businessman John (Jason Robards) and handsome bachelor Cass (Dean Jones). Things get mighty dicey when John’s wife (Rosemary Murphy) shows up at her apartment and Cass turns out to be John’s associate. Fonda earned a Best Actress Golden Globe nomination for her part in this witty adaptation of the Broadway play.
