When federal prosecutor Gina Gallagher (Tracy Needham) brings a drug cartel to its knees, the bad guys decide to get even by hiring a hit man to kill her. After the assassin’s bullet kills her partner instead, Gina seeks government protection. But once she learns of a high-level conspiracy between the government and the cartel, the only person she can trust is an imprisoned mobster (James Belushi).
