This was Russ Meyer’s last film, and in my opinion it is his best, at least of his later, raunchier works. It has everything that one could want from a Meyer movie and then some. The tits, ass and blood are all on full display, as is Meyer’s rather unique style of filmmaking. This entire film simply oozes the Meyer style. From the quick cuts and rapid fire editing, to the rich, glowing, almost lurid color palate, this is the one film that sums him up as a director. In few, this film is Russ Meyer at the top of his form.
