Synopsis

After criminal psychiatrist Bill Chrushank’s (Jeff Fahey) arm is severed in a car crash, he unwittingly becomes host to an experimental procedure that grafts a donor arm taken from a recently executed serial killer. Oh-oh! Chrushank learns the truth about his new arm when the limb begins driving him toward violent behavior. Now, he must track down the killer’s other body parts to break the cycle of terror.
