Car Trouble

When her husband, Gerald (Ian Charleson), takes on a brazenly beautiful mistress in the form of a shiny, red sports car, bored housewife Jacqueline Spong (Julie Walters) quells a midlife crisis of her own by taking up with the salesman who sold the mister his new set of wheels. But Jacqueline’s libido gets the best of her when she sneaks the car out for a joyride and gets caught red-handed. David Green directs this dark British comedy.
