Census Taker

This 1984 comedy revels in the atypical reactions of an average couple, George (Greg Mullavey) and Martha (Meredith MacRae), to the extreme nosiness of Harvey (Garrett Morris), an obnoxious census taker whose persistence prompts even the most patient citizen to take extreme action. Overwhelmed by Harvey’s increasingly impertinent questions, George and Martha kill him, after which they frantically try to hide his body from a quirky detective.
