Sweet, romantic yet heartbreaking. But a tad overlong and I loathe that saccharine background music.

Maggie Cheung is great as the hard-nosed young woman who just wants to make her dreams come true.

Most romance picture tries to showcasing a scene where a couple's destined to be together, can't live separately, and all effort(s) to maintain their relationship, make it closer. But here, Maggie Cheung and pop star Leon Lai are trying to drift away, and they realize that they can live without each other, only situation and chance that make them meet. Well executed, with lots of romantic scenes that don't look tacky, shoddy or cliche.
