Professional bull rider Ely Braxton (Marcus Thomas) and his rodeo clown brother, Hank (Kiefer Sutherland), know how to wow the crowds on the circuit, but their partnership turns ugly when they let the rodeo’s sweetheart (Daryl Hannah) come between them.
