A fairly simple story where Ozon's recurring views of sexuality and human relations mix. Two lovers, one seemingly controlling the other, leads to a horrible crime being committed and the two running away. From there, their future goes haywire. Strong direction, but quite fluffy. I really enjoyed the lack of a soundtrack throughout, which felt like a breather from most other films.
