Crutch

Lonely teenager David’s (Eben Gordon) troubled home life only grows more complicated when his emotionally distant father divorces his alcoholic mother and leaves the boy in charge. But David’s dreams to bring his family back together are shattered when his drama teacher introduces him to the seedier side of life. Writer-director Rob Moretti (who also co-stars) framed this coming-of-age drama around his own struggles with substance abuse.
