Synopsis

After a failed drug sting, DEA agent Jack (David Bradley) races to a Caribbean island to help his fellow agent and brother, Phillip (Todd Jensen). But when he arrives, he discovers Phillip has been turned into a fierce cyborg — and does not welcome Jack with open arms. Now, Jack must battle both villainous drug lord Kessel (John Rhys-Davies) and his own sibling to save the day in this exciting sci-fi actioner.
