Reporter Nick Mullen (Gabriel Byrne) “stumbles” on a story that links a prominent member of Parliament to a KGB agent and to a near nuclear disaster involving a teenage runaway and an American airbase. Suspecting a government cover-up, Mullen sets out to find the truth.
