Delta Heat

Los Angeles cop Mike Bishop (Anthony Edwards) goes to New Orleans to investigate the grisly voodoo-style killing of his partner, who was in Louisiana tracking down the source of a new and deadly street drug. Bishop convinces a hard-bitten local ex-cop (Lance Henriksen) to help him navigate the steamy swamps and seedy underworld of the bayou, but the delta is still reluctant to give up its secrets to the city lawman.
