It’s a look at the Russia in the 1990’s through the prism of a classic in this modern interpretation of Dostoevsky’s novel “The Idiot”.
Prince Myshkin, a programmer, was in treatment at a Swiss psychiatric clinic for a long time, but now is returning home to Russia and his past. Along the way, he meets up with businessman Parfenov Rogozhin who’s passionately in love and tells Myshkin all about the object of his affection, Nastasia Filipovne. Prince is impressed by the story, and begins to dream of meeting with Nastasia. —kenguru tv
