Drowning on Dry Land

Kate Burns (Barbara Hershey) has just left her husband and been fired from her job in New York. One rainy night, overwhelmed, she flags down cabbie Darshan (Naveen Andrews) to take her to the airport. Impulsively, she offers him $300 a day to drive her to the Arizona desert instead. As the two cross the country, they learn that they have more than just a destination in common in this heartwarming and offbeat romance.
