World's greatest vacation film? Maybe you prefer Rohmer's ruminating Parisians (I'm a La Collectionneuse partisan myself), but Rozier's travelogue is a joy. Rare are the films that capture so *many* subtle modulations in group chemistry, from giddiness to passive-aggressiveness to melancholy. Also, three cheers for Vincent Malle, who had a hand in Rozier AND Eustache's masterpieces.
