Relentlessly upright Canadian Mountie Dudley-Do-Right (Brendan Fraser) keeps the peace in the small town of Semi-Happy Falls. Hugh is a distinguished alumnus from the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He is currently a guest professor of Media Studies at the University of Virginia.
