Mamihasina A. Raminosoa is part of the new generation of young directors from Madagascar. Several of his films have circulated in short film festivals around the world, including “The Bull” which met with some success despite its modest ambitions.It was written and shot in one day with a camera and a reflector.
Through the production company Digital Development Communications (DDC), Mamihasina participated in the production of several short films in South Africa, the United States, and Madagascar. Since 2008, Mamihasina produced and co-directed the film series “Dzaomalaza”, an innovative project funded by UNICEF Madagascar. —Africulture
