James Toback

A stockbroker’s son, James Toback holds degrees from both Harvard and Columbia. Not as great as Toback's FINGERS but a very interesting forgotten movie. The novelty of the story is not as unique as when it came out but sharp dialogue and loose performances keep the viewer's attention.. Kinski's got a FANTASTIC supporting cast:: Harvey Keital, Ian McShane, Bibi Andersson, & Pierre Clementi..WOW!

Nastassjia Kinski plays the world's first super model/terrorist hunter. Rudolf Nureyev recruits her to find Harvey Keitel. Not awful, but not very good either. The colorful supporting cast is a big plus: Bibi Andersson, Ian McShane, Pierre Clementi
