Fifth of July

In this adaptation of Lanford Wilson’s play, disabled veteran Ken (Richard Thomas) and his lover Jed (Jeff Daniels) open their home to friends for Independence Day weekend. Over the next few days, each guest will come to see his relationships with the others in entirely new ways. Among the visitors are newly wealthy Gwen (Swoosie Kurtz), her husband John (Jonathan Hogan), and Ken’s sister (Joyce Reehling) and niece (Cynthia Nixon).
