Jean Luc-Godard is considered a poet that creates poems in images. ‘Film Socialisme’ tries to give its way by his broken story. Actually, it fails. The film tries to construct many thoughts about certain themes in little time to each one. This style makes the film boring and it don’t give time to spectators to think about the themes and his cuts makes non-sense. It’s needed to be seen many times. I, personally, expectated more from JLGodard. I just hope that he doesn’t keep this line. Maybe fans will love this surrealistic way of filming. However, he should be warned: don’t expect muc box office.
