Juan Carlos Martín is a director, producer, screenwriter and editor who graduated from the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC). He is also an award-winning director of commercials and music videos. His debut feature-length documentary Gabriel Orozco premiered at the Muestra de Cine Mexicano, where it won Best Film and Best Director the first time a documentary, rather than a fiction film, had won the first prize.
