The cinematography was unreal and the writing superb. I didn't find the acting to be bad, given its not incredible. Overall I'd say this is a superb work of cinema.

Damn son .. loved the color of this film .. kinda slow and simple but dramatic and different ..

I love slow paced films but I couldn't wait for this one to be over. The acting and the dialogue were awful and I didn't care about the characters. Also, I completely disagree with the comment below. I think this film had a good idea behind it but it wasn't executed well at all.

I haven't been on MUBI in ages but I signed on just to favourite this film. This is the most wonderfully executed movie I've seen in a long time. Subtle, haunting, sincere, and I agree with the poster below -- definitely changes your life.

A wonderfully serene film that (For the most part) just feels real. It's so hard to make a film that genuinely feels so close to our universe, but George Washington really nails that. It's just so easy to get lost in the summer haze with the characters.
