Nothing. there's nothing. except maybe beautiful art direction.
Ouch. I cared about this character. I was so happy when she figured ut her way in life.
Dialog sakarin bikin bulu kuduk merinding ;))
Young people not knowing what love is. They grow. They still don't know what love is. They'll continue to grow. Probably they'll never know what love is.
"We have all our lives to be serious. Let´s make the most of our youth"
Um bom filme, sem dúvida. Um anti-romance bem orquestrado.
Surely make me wanna have a dream of Lola Creton. ^ ^
While unfolding dull characterization at a languid pace, this is a film about first love only, and thankfully, on the surface. Great moments of personal revelation and coming to terms with one's own naivety in matters of the heart give it a flash of fresh insight.
Nicely unsentimental take on the emotional fallout of a young love. Ends on a perfect note.
Pretty and pithy. I'm incapable of turning down these kinds of movies anyway.
Television in Pialat's clothing. Why are so many tempted to turn cinema into tv?
the film felt kinda like a poorman's "L'Heure d'Été", I was hoping for Alice de Lencquesaing the whole time...there's beauty within though...the countryside scenes are neat and I love the way she uses the silence, and I liked the soundtrack a lot...
After the brilliant Father of My Children, I felt quite let down by this. A lack of focus and story progression left me unconviced and detached from the characters. I also found the constant see-through clothing to pull me out of the story. I get the young girl, blossoming sexuality but surely she would not be still wearing the same bra-less get-up 7 years later in an architecture firm? 2.5 stars
The most beautiful movie I saw in 2011.
