In the same spirit of a ripped-from-the-headlines episode “Law and Order: SUV,” Matt Damon navigates a Valerie Plame-like conspiracy involving the Bush administration and CIA agents. There is a Nouri al-Maliki like character, fake WMD intel, and a WSJ journalist who is spoon-fed lies.

None of these headlines dressed up as drama are a surprise to anyone who has intermittently read the international section of the NYTimes, the BBC, or The Guardian for the the last 5 years. But plenty of North Americans, no doubt, will need Matt Damon, Humvees, and shaky digicams to help them digest 7 year old news.
