Things aren’t exactly running smoothly for goalie Ecki. First, he’s blown promotion for his soccer team and, second, he’s been given the bum’s rush by his team mates. Third, he’s promised his former mates sweet revenge – with the help of a team that he, fourth, doesn’t even yet have. Fifth, it’s all due to go down with lots of hoopla in his small hometown in Germany near Dortmund. And then, sixth, there’s just one other little thing. Since Ecki has only just realized he’s gay, he wants to use the match to show that gays can play soccer just as well as straight guys. He’s just got to find ten other team mates.
