When Olivia (Chiara Conti) and four of her friends travel to a remote cottage by a murky lake to undergo a weeklong, detoxifying water fast, they have no idea their health retreat will turn into a deadly nightmare. With no food, electricity or connection to the outside world, the days become long — and the nights become terrifyingly longer as they realize the water around them holds horrific secrets.
