Highway Dragnet

On the lam from a bogus murder rap, Korean War veteran Jim Henry (Richard Conte) hits the road and hitches a ride with a freelance glamour magazine photographer (Joan Bennett) and her No. 1 model (Wanda Hendrix) — with the police in hot pursuit. As the manhunt closes in on the fugitive, he uncovers a shocking connection between one of his traveling companions and the murder victim. Reed Hadley co-stars as the detective leading the dragnet.
