When Jesse (Arye Gross) inherits a mysterious family mansion, he’s intrigued by photos of his great-great-grandfather holding an ancient Aztec skull. After a little more digging around, Jessie and his friend Charlie unearth the skull near Gramps’s grave. Much to their surprise, they also find 170-year-old Gramps — alive and kicking! He warns the two young men that evil forces are after the skull, and they must protect it at all costs.
Wow: Arye Gross is James Bond. The movie just throws women at him. Open a random door inside his house and they fall right out, looking to score. This movie plays Three Bears with its female characters. 1st one's too fast, 2nd is too modern, 3rd doesn't speak or have opinions: perfect fit. I guess Stepford Wives was right- straight men really don't want independent, free-thinking women. "Charmingly" sexist flick.
One of the few instances where a 'sequel' (technically it's more of a re-make) outshines the original. This is everything the first film tried to be but failed.
