Synopsis

When his superiors hint that his canine partner, Jerry Lee, may be ready for retirement, Det. Thomas Dooley (James Belushi) bristles at the idea. After all, the pair has been fighting crime for a decade — which translates to 70 years for the feisty German shepherd. But when the pooch can’t keep up with a fleeing criminal, the duo gets paired with two new partners: a tough Doberman named Zeus and his pretty trainer (Christine Tucci).
