Karl Rove, I Love You

When Dan Butler (“Frasier”) decides to portray Karl Rove in a one-man show, he sees a man like him — the ultimate supporting player — in former President George W. Bush’s senior advisor. But he doesn’t expect to fall in love with him. That’s what happens, though, in this mockumentary that finds Butler identifying more and more strongly with Rove, much to the distress of his friends. Butler also co-writes and helms the film.
