This movie is about 2/3 training montage. At one point, JCVD dances. At another, a dude who looks like Dhalsim rips a championship belt in half. You know what you're getting into here. Still, JCVD's athleticism is genuinely impressive, even if that last fight is bullshit.

I don't know the first thing about weight-training but the muscle definition in Van Damme's back during that last fight scene is literally insane.
